Natural Acne Treatment and Remedy for Acne / Pimple

Acne can be naturally prevented and healed with different ways. Mild form acne can be treated efficiently by natural herbs. These ordinary natural herbs even help in remove blemishes. Spices play a key role in keeping the skin healthy and in raw form; they can be used to abolish acne and its blemishes. Fruits and vegetables contain minerals, antioxidants and essential oil. They work best if applied directly on the skin.
Following are few of the natural treatments of acne-
Neem – Neem, in any form, either taken orally or applied externally in the form of paste, is beneficial for acne treatment. It kills the bacteria (root cause of infection) and heals the affected portion.
Turmeric – It can either be taken internally or can be applied on acne affected area directly. For external use, make a paste of turmeric with coconut oil and apply it over the affected area. Let the paste leave over the area for whole night and you will find a surprising change in acne size. Turmeric dries out acne and removes blemishes.
Papaya / Orange / Cucumber / Tomato - Apply raw papaya mask or an orange peel or the juice of cucumber and tomato, just 5 minutes daily, to clean your skin of extra oiliness.
Potato - Potato is as well called the food for your skin. It clears blemishes and the acid contained in potato assists in exerting a pull on dead skin cells.
Fresh Seeds – Take one tablespoon of mixed fresh seeds, e.g. pumpkin, sunflower or ground hemp daily.
Water - For a healthy skin, drink 8-12 glasses of water every day and wash your face with luke warm water or use ice cubes. Drink as much water as you can empty stomach. This helps in cleansing of the liver and kidneys.
Face pack - Regularly use a face pack made up with gram flour, pinch of turmeric and few drops of coconut oil to control acne and get smooth skin.
Vitamins – Deficiency of Vitamin B5 is one of the causes of acne. Have Vitamin B5 rich foods like liver, split peas, soya bean or peanuts to clear up acne.
Tea Tree Oil - Tea tree oil, generally known as melaleuca oil, controls acne and removes blemishes.
Olive Leaf Extract - It is an Ancient Cure for Acne and is well known for its faster healing properties.
Green Tea Extract - Green tea is anti-bacterial and is quite beneficial to acne prevention. It reduces inflammation, decreases hormone activity and kills bacteria that cause acne. Green tea has almost nil side effects.
Aloe Vera Extract - Aloe Vera extract is very mild and useful tool in fighting acne. It can also reduce blemishes due to its anti-inflammatory agents. Use Aloe Vera soap two times daily to keep the skin oil free.
Grab full knowledge about the procedure and ingredients of the natural remedy, you want to use because wrong blend can actually worsen the situation.
