Best Tips For Weight Loss Success

By : Joe Taylor    29 or more times read
You just have to realize that your gonna have to work. Remember this (hard work/determination = good results) (no work/half doing things= no results). If you want to lose weight and be successful, you can't just sit around on the phone (and gossip) and just get on your exercise machine (that has dust on it because you don't use it) and just stay it for a couple of minutes and get tired and stop and think that your finished for the week, and think your gonna get skinny, and go eat a bunch of unhealthy foods right afterwords. It doesn't work like that, your never going to see any results. You make think you did but that little sprint didn't do anything, and their is no weight fairy that is going to come and make you skinny one day.

You have to be honest with yourself. Like i did. As harsh as that might sound, its how it is. After you realize that the weight is not going to just jump off of you, you'll find out that the key is to Exercise More, change your diet (not starving yourself) eating healthy, pay attention how many calories your taking in! Look at the little label thingy on the back of your food more. Think of it like this, someone who wants to gain weight has to take in more calories than their losing to get bigger. Which is probably your case, and the reason you get bigger. And if you want to lose weight you have to burn more calories than you take in.

Their are 3500 calories in a pound. Which means if you take in 3500 extra calories in a day you'll gain a pound, and if you eat 3500 calories fewer in a day you will lose a pound. Just exercise more..if you not tired and sweating your not exercising. Make sure the amount of calories you take in doesn't out-weight the amount you burn a day. if you can't start off heavy do light stuff. such as walking..walk 12000 to 16000 steps a day. Get up in the morning when its nice outside. Go to a track field.. cut down the amount of food.. watch your calories.. and important.. don't eat 3 hours after u exercise. And eat less at night.. eat small meals.. cut down on sugar. don't eat until your full and cant eat anymore.. eat little and eat several time a day.. 6 is good.. drink lots of cold water.. If you can do LISS (low intensity steady state), early morning easy walking, even on a treadmill for 40mins on an empty stomach, you will burn fat, while holding onto your LBM (lean body mass), which is the key for you to burning fat. Always remember, if you do cardio and weights correctly, you will hold onto LBM, so you can burn fat. If you do things like run on a day you lift weights, you will burn up muscle, a no no, so always choose LISS early morning and 20mins after weights. If you want to run, or do run intervals, only run on days you don't lift weights.....so again, you hold onto muscle.

For meals, you should be eating 5-6meals per day, protein/carbs/healthy fats (I wonder why you cut out complex carbs?) They are what supports energy building for LBM, along with protein and healthy fats.....so you boost your metabolism all day. You need to have the proper ratios to support LBM. Eat things like lean steak, grilled chicken breast, tuna, 1-yolk with 2 whites, toast, oatmeal, potatoes, cheerios, olive oil lightly drizzled over your salad, 4 walnuts, Dannon light yogurt....with these choices, you can form 5-6 small meals or 2 as snacks easily!

If you can eat properly to support LBM, and ignore the scale weight, you will look terrific! Learn that the scale is going to move slowly or not at all, don't get mad if its moving slowly be happy and keep doing it!! Your doing it right.
